We’re Alex and Tori, the husband-and-wife team behind The Maintenance Company, LLC. Since 2014, we’ve blended our experience in hospitality, farming, landscaping, and woodworking with a commitment to sustainability. We believe in effective maintenance without relying on excessive or unnecessary resources, using low-impact, high-quality methods instead.

Our soil solution program is rooted in natural farming practices and local ecological knowledge. By producing all our landscaping, gardening, and tree care inputs locally, we reduce emissions and avoid synthetic materials. We focus on closed-loop systems, turning waste into resources and ensuring organic materials are composted and returned to the earth.

In addition to soil regeneration, we offer landscape design, garden installation, snow removal, and property maintenance, all aimed at supporting our community and the environment through responsible practices. We are dedicated to fostering stewardship and encouraging thoughtful decision-making for all who share this valley and those downstream.
